Roosevelt is located in the heart of sugarhouse within walking distance of local restaurants, shops and yoga studios. The home was neglected and too small for the growing area and larger families moving into the neighborhood. So, we added an entire 2nd floor with a large master suite, 2 bedrooms, guest bath and "homework nook." On the main level we took out walls to create a spacious open floorpan. My favorite feature of this design was the "dog wash" in the main level laundry. Perfect for the Sugarhouse vibe.
