Hartford Street just needed a little love and attention. We kept the brick exterior, replaced the windows, roof and repaired the porch. The house is quite spacious with a full basement where we added a 2nd Master suite. We kept with the personality of the "hipster" neighborhood by exposing brick walls, restoring the original hardwood floors and adding new modern cabinets and lighting.
