Browning Ave was built in the early 1900's. It was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom but we were able to take some space from the Master Suite and add another bedroom. My favorite "surprise" on this project was discovering  the original brick fireplace under the awful 70's lava rock. The personality of the home was came to life once that fireplace was exposed and the yellow high back armchairs were the talk of the showings. It's amazing what a little pop of color will do!
